When my old air conditioning unit needing replacing, I contacted Alliance Climate Control based on their online reviews. Everyone I spoke to, during the process of arranging the new installation, was very helpful and pleasant. The installation team (Ian, Adrian and Andre) were excellent. They rang me half-an-hour before arriving and they worked solidly the whole time they were here. It turned out that I had to alter the position of the new unit. When the new brackets were up but before the air-con unit went up, I was asked: "Are you happy with this location?". That’s just the sort of thing I like…. A simple check to consult with the customer before the final work is done. I’d give an extra star for that alone. At the end of the day, everything was packed up and left clean and tidy. I’d like to thank the guys for a great professional job.

I have a contract with Alliance Climate Control, whereby they come to my house every 6 months to service the 3 air conditioning units. They are a very efficient business. Firstly, I get a reminder email from James to remind me of the 1/2 yearly service, and offering a suitable date for that to happen.

Secondly, i can't speak highly enough about the technicians that come to the house to complete the service. They are always polite, neat in appearance, efficient, and when necessary offer advice on things that need to be done for the units to operate at maximum capacity.

The last guy here was Alex, and he was outstanding. He said we needed a gas top up, and this was done on the spot. Furthermore, he reported back to James that we should instal better filters for our downstairs filters, which we are going ahead with.

This is the sort of service that is sadly lacking amongst other trades nowadays. Good, honest, reliable, service at the right price.

I was impressed with Alliance as they were the only company out of 4 quotes to phone me to see if I was happy with their quote or had any questions. The Sales Manager(Michael) communicated with me from the start and prior to installation(prompt response and on time install) plus called the day after installation. I am very happy with the installation in my town house and pleased with the Mitsubishi MHI 5KW unit.(very quiet) I had a choice of two brands and am very happy with the Mitsubishi. The day after the install when Michael phoned I asked if they could install some rubber matting under the outside unit's feet to completely secure it on some pavers. The guys were around within an hour of his call, job done. I'm impressed. The a/c is only used for heating now and goes well. I'd recommend Alliance to my friends based on their great service.

I was referred to Alliance through a friend after having numerous quotes from other companies who made me feel uncomfortable as it was a tricky install (the confidence in completing the job wasn't there) from the moment I contacted alliance I was WOWED by their professionalism, they had a technician over in no time who put my mind at ease and ran me through the method of the install, provided me with multiple options on ducted systems and helped me make the right decision. Professionalism in this company is shown right through to the install team, prior to starting they ensured all work areas were protected with drop sheets, then ran me through the job once again confirming locations of outlets. I was also confident enough to leave the technicians alone in my house.

I needed two air conditioning motors relocated from a 2nd floor balcony to the side of the house ,other air conditioning companies only interested in selling me new systems, but Alliance Climate Control came to the rescue. Alliance is small enough that the boss (Michael) keeps his team focussed and you get to negotiate issues (e.g. choice of systems) with the boss who is knowledgeable. Alliance is also large enough that the installation happened in a very timely fashion (up to 5 tradies on site). I intend to use Alliance for maintenance because they have good response times - no diversion to message bank as was my experience with other installers that I approached to quote for the job.

I would give 6 stars, but am limited to 5....I was referred to Michael through a friend. Michael came out and made sensible suggestions to efficiently cool and heat the home. A date for installation was set and it was a nice surprise when the tradesmen showed up on time and as per agreement. The tradesmen were professional, friendly and neat. After the units were installed, the functions of the units were explained, and the house was cleaned. I have no reservations in recommending Michael to anybody and say a big thank you to Michael and the team.

I recently had Alliance Climate Control replace my old air conditioning unit. They were extremely professional from the initial consultation by Alex to the service people at the head office and right through to the installation. They turn up on time and I had my new Air Conditioner 5 days after I accepted the quote. I was previously quoted nearly double from other companies. It was too easy with Alliance Climate Control.
