Eco-Clean is a service unique to Local Air Conditioning Repairs service events to fully restore the cooling fin coil and filtration system to new. While best arranged ahead of summer or high usage periods, it can be performed at any time to restore the critical parts of your air conditioner system. With the filters removed and finned coil exposed, the drain tray and drain pipe are checked to make sure they are clear of blockages or other foreign material. The fan coil is carefully washed first with water then sanitised with Alliance Climate Control’s own microbial solution. This not only makes sure the coil is free from dust, fungi or pathogens, it also provides a dust resistant coating to the coil.

Following the coil treatment, a similar process is applied to the filters to keep them clean for an extended period of time. Local Air Conditioning Repairs recommend performing this service at intervals not exceeding 24 months, however, to maintain top operating condition especially in dusty or polluted environments, this interval could be reduced to 12 months.
